Get fit or pass out trying it

If you are a sedentary person, maybe you won't like this kind of trip. 

This is the Cerro de las 3 cruces in Cali, a trip who is practice by many people, it consists into go up the hill, and get down again. I had tried to include this trip into my routine, doing it all Sundays, but it's difficult for the university. I have to say it's hard to climb the hill for the first time, but after you get experience, it's a piece of cake. You can do it alone, but it's only recommended if you try to get fit or something like this, it's better climb it with your parents, friends or partner. 

In this case, I climbed it with my mother, brother, sister and girlfriend. It was the first experience of my mother, and my brother, they were to lazy at home, so I invited them to get some new experience. They accepted and we went it. As I said in another trip, my family see me like a fit guy, and they had their arguments, it happened that my girlfriend and I climb in a faster way the hill in some parts, but my brother and mother had gone like a turtle. So, I understood that the trip wasn´t for me, was for them, and I began to go by their rhythm. I have to say that was a good way to made a better relationship between my girlfriend and my mother, and I liked the result. 

Nearing the end, we were happier to achieved it, it only had miss one climb part, and my girlfriend and I were expecting that my family can do it, my girlfriend was in the top and I was at the bottom, taking care of them. It happened that my mom scream help, and I didn't understand about what it happened, when I arrived with them, my brother looked like a paper sheet, too white, it remembered me when I passed out while I was doing exercise, so, I tried help him with the same methods who the people did with me when it occurred. All of us, and people who was near of us, were afraid about the situation, but after my brother return into their common colour, we continued with the climb.

As a way to achieved get in the top of the hill, we drank natural juices, and take a lot of pictures, because their view was beautiful.
